As part of the Groot Bewijk subdivision project, a multi-faceted care site was developed, including the new OLV Ter Veldbloemen residential care center. This project offers a contemporary living environment with space for 60 residents divided into four living groups.
The design combines functionality and livability. Rooms are organized around a spacious courtyard, allowing each resident to enjoy views of greenery or the central outdoor space. The central location of living spaces, nursing stations and common facilities promotes an efficient and compact organization of the building.
The building is characterized by a dynamic interplay of volumes with recessed sections, glazed seating areas and corridors, and canopies that accentuate the facades. The varied use of materials creates a pleasing appearance and scale, making the healthcare environment feel warm and accessible. This project reflects our commitment to sustainable and people-centered building solutions for the healthcare industry.
